We’re brothers Tony and Sam, Halifax born and raised, with family roots in Buffalo, New York, and Sicily. We grew up in a family that loves and respects Italian-American food, and we carried that with us as we worked our way through kitchens around the world and here at home.

First came the T Dog. Then came the Meatball Hero. From there, Rinaldo’s became the restaurant we had dreamed of: a place to serve handmade pizzas, heros and Italian-American favourites made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.

Our family is at the heart of the menu. Expect fresh bread and pastries, pizza just like our father Salvatore used to make, Aunt Fran’s meatballs, our Grandma’s eggplant parmesan and so much more.

It’s not just food. It’s family.
